Chosse zone
There are several options for selecting the flight zone. We have two main areas each of which encompasses several flight zones. In the center area we have balloon flights in Madrid, Aranjuez, Toledo and Segovia. The price in these areas is € 145 per person. You can choose any of them and change your destination before confirming the flight if you wish.
In the second area we find Salamanca, Valladolid and Extremadura. Traveling in balloon in these areas is priced at € 165 per person. A ticket in this area would entitle you to fly in any of the areas, including the downtown area. Provided they give advance notice when confirming their flight date.
Choose Date
Se puede consultar nuestra programación de vuelos y así seleccionar fecha para el vuelo en globo. Visitando cada zona de vuelo se puede saber la frecuencia de vuelos en cada una de ellas. También es posible seleccionar una fecha que no se encuentre programada, si disponemos de suficiente tiempo, abriremos el vuelo y lo completaremos para la fecha elegida. Para abrir un nuevo vuelo necesitaremos al menos quince días de plazo. Cuanta mayor antelación nos facilitará disponerlo todo para volar en la fecha y destino que ha elegido.
Minimum flight group
One of the FAQs reserves balloon flight that could not miss in this section. Balloons are aircrafts and as such must comply strictly with relevant regulations. Thus each balloon is assigned a minimum weight to take off so it is necessary to have a minimum group for each of them. As a general rule the minimum group is 8/10 passengers. However, ask us your particular case to be certain of these details. On the contrary, private flights can be made at any time and place as long as the weather conditions, and local restrictions, do not prevent it.
To give a flight, how to do it?
When giving the balloon flight you have to take into account some details. When it comes to a surprise we should not put the mail or contact phone of who receives the gift. It is better to put as a contact person who makes the gift, so the communications will not reveal the surprise. Those who receive the gift box should only call us to choose the date and destination of their balloon flight. Our tickets can be personalized with a phrase and will also carry the name of the passenger. With the normal reservation you will receive the tickets in PDF format in your email. Booking the flight with a gift box you will receive the tickets by registered mail at the address you indicate. Post it may take 3 to 4 days to deliver the gift box.
What is the minimum age to fly?
Our passengers must be at least 6 years old or 1.20 m. Height to enjoy the adventure of ballooning. It is enough that they can lean unassisted over the edge. The age limit above 6 years will be determined by the passenger’s health status. We have had passengers over 90 years who have fully enjoyed the flight. We have a gondola with access for people with reduced mobility. Check the availability of that balloon.
Could someone else fly with my ticket?
Any ticket that has not been used can be transferred to another person. You must only notify us of the change as far in advance of the flight date as possible.
What if the weather is bad?
Flights are confirmed by phone the day before, in order to have the most reliable weather forecast possible. In case your balloon flight is suspended due to bad weather you can choose another date to do it. The validity of the tickets will give you plenty of time to enjoy your experience.
Validity of flight tickets
The validity period established for your balloon flight ticket is one year. When there is a justified cause to prolong this period you only have to notify us by phone or in writing. Each particular case will be studied so that they can enjoy the flight experience smoothly.
