Why if many balloons launch together, are all of them inflated in the same direction?

At the launching point, pilots determine wind direction before proceeding to the inflation since the envelope needs to be laid towards the wind to make the launching process easier, specially the inflation.
If some balloons start their inflation later, there is a possibility that the wind has already changed, then it would be necessary to lay them again towards the new direction before the launch takes place.
