What is the aerial baptism about?

There are several versions of the balloon flight baptism, some of them include that the passengers have some dirt poured on their heads , or a wisp of their hair burned and later doused /baptized with water, champagne or cava “ the earth where you wanted to go back ,the fire which allowed you to fly” and the symbolic baptism to the new air creatures in which every passenger has turned . The passengers are named after the birds or the place where they landed, or they are given a funny aeronautical name; However this practice may not be pleasant to everyone,thus some of us have decided to make it more simple, by celebrating with cava and a small brunch.
